Pathetic cleanliness, poor room service

Location is excellent, the property itself is very good. Rooms, swimming pool, outside area, everything is quite well maintained, clean and pleasant. It actually is as is shown in the pictures, so very happy with this aspect.

There hardly were any options in the breakfast, the food and liquor is extremely expensive and it doesn't provide valuer for money. Staff is polite but completely inefficient in their work, that spoils the experience completely.

The property is very pretty, lots of greenery, beautiful layout and good construction, rooms are quite good, food is really excellent. Staff was kind and helpful. Location on Ellora Road suited our purpose perfectly.

Appearance of the rooms is dated even though everything works, linen in the room and outside, eg dining area, needs some serious work. Lawns and greens need maintenance. This is a property that in its heydays would have been spectacular but is now relatively run down.

Good location not that far from the city. Amazing food and good staff. But overall a good stay to relax and enjoy being away from city life.

Rooms are decent but the washrooms weren't that nice. Bad service because they are under-staffed so everything takes some time.

Only the location was fine !!

The rooms was horrible the washroom was not cleaned properly property need a Renovation I haven't expected this property would be too bad I'm very much unhappy with the rooms it's not worth it at all the so unhygenic Their was a dust in the table the doway which we have got I found it was already used by someone Their was a hair on the bed brkfast was not upto the mark Staff even don't know the restaurant name they are like restaurant is called restaurant only we don't have any name nd the swimming pool it was not clean at all the water seems too dirty

the location is nice and the though the staff is very slow they are courteous

the property is nothing like the pictures shared online the rooms are different everything is old and dilapidated
