Perfect location in the quiet part of the old town, No noises during the night. AC works fine, which is crucial for a comfortable stay. Really good contact with the owner, replies quickly. Nice view from the terrace on the roof 👍

Pension Eva is definitely what I was looking for my stay in Crete. Cosy, with a beautiful terrace and in the very best location! The staff was super kind and helpful! I would definitely choose this place again! We could hear everything from the other rooms and outside since the building is old but that was not a deal breaker for us at all! It had a charm to listen to people being happy and cheerful from the shops downstairs!

Even though everything was super good, if I have to mention something as a feedback is that they could maybe renew towels and bedsheets. They are not bad or dirty but maybe just used many times. Still not a huge issue though!

The room was above a small shop on the old part of room very close to the harbour, so location was great and it was away from the busy bars and restaurants so peaceful at night. Being in an old building the room had a nice character. There was also a nice space on the roof (two floors up) where you could sit out and admire the views.

I have to say the step down just inside the room!!! Unfortunately I didn't see it when I arrived as it was early evening when we arrived and a bit gloomy and I fell down and sprained my foot quite badly ☹️. But apparently this is the first time anyone has had a problem in all the years it's being let out, so obviously me being a bit clumsy!!! But everyone was very kind and forthcoming with offers of help and the advantage of being so close to the harbour meant I could hobble out while my foot was recovering!
