Hotellet i stort behov av renovering och en grovstädning av mattor och väggar men personalen väldigt vänlig glad och hjälpsam och bra fräsch frukostbuffé i trevlig café-del invid receptionen. Verkar vara nya ägare som håller på att fräscha upp stället så det har potential att bättra sig.

Hotel was Nice, but the room was dirty especially the bathroom, not one I would stay in again. Vloot was sticky, paint was coming off, room was very hot and vitamins where not sufficient to block the light.

Chambre mal isolée, froide (chauffage pas du tout efficace) et mal éclairée. Mauvaise isolation sonore également. Wifi hors service Parking payant et cher (10€/nuit à Compiègne ?) On ne peut pas demander de payer le prix d'un 3+ étoiles lorsque que le niveau de prestation est à un niveau bien inférieur. Disponibilité du staff moyenne (et si je veux faire mon check out avant 7h ?). Très belle vue sur le tableau electrique/disjoncteur de la chambre dès l'entrée La taille des chambres reste correcte.

bij aankomst zat de deur van het hotel op slot,bij telefoneren kregen we een nummer voor de parkeerdeur. toen waren we binnen,en constateerden dat er niemand bij de receptie zat. weer bellen,bleek er een enveloppe met mijn naam op de balie te liggen,die ik zo kon pakken en naar mijn kamer kon gaan. het ontbijt was gratis,zei de dame de andere ochtend, maar dat begreep ik wel,er was alleen koffie en kwark.
