Dear Bruno Veiga, I personnally want to thank you for a wonderful stay from 22 Sept. till 03 Oct. in CoolRooms Palacio de Luces. Your team and especially Maritza (rest. breakfast), Alberto & Carmen (reception) have done utmost to make us feel very comfortable and at home. A well deserved five-star hotel in service and luxury. The ladies in room cleaning also deserve a big compliment in daily perfectly doing the room. I will recommend all my contacts to stay in your place and of course if I have the opportunity I will soon return. The North of Spain is very beautifull and we have not yet seen it all… With greetings, Edwin & Irma van de Vathorst.

"What an amazing hotel"

El desayuno muy bien, aún nosotros somos muy fáciles, somos de tostadas con un buen aceite.

El aparcamiento no está cubierto y el coche aparecía con ceniza casi todos los días.

"Le sobra una estrella"

No hay bufé , te sirven a demanda. Solo ponen tres trocitos de melón, sandía y piña , un bizcocho seco y un croissant por persona. La sauna no funcionaba. El personal muy amable.

Super mooi uitzicht vanaf het restaurant, mooi en verzorgd hotel, grote kamer. Rustig. Goede en makkelijke route om aan te rijden. Uitgebreid ontbijt.

Gastrobar en restaurant was eten oké, maar geen super culinaire ervaring zoals op website wordt gesuggereerd.

"Wonderful and memorable experience!"

The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a tremendous spa. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and luxurious. The grounds are very well maintained, and the views are excellent. My only complaint is that at the restaurant for breakfast. The only option is a €35 for breakfast. I simply wanted coffee and toast and that was not an option. Because the hotel is very remote it makes it difficult to go elsewhere for just a cup of coffee.
