The location.

We were 2 couples in 2 adjacent rooms. Around 1:30 AM I felt a terrible rush on my hands, turned on the light,, and found about 5 bed bugs in the bed. I took pictures of the bites and the bugs, caught 2 of them, and called the receptionist. He acted professionally, he switched our rooms and we were able to sleep from about 3:30 AM onwards. In the morning, our friends were already eating breakfast and we joined them. We then spoke with the manager to explain what happened, mentioned that we took photos and said we wanted to file a written complaint and request a refund. The manger raised her voice, refused to provide a complaint book and said that because she gave us another room and we had breakfast, the hotel owed us nothing. We were bitten by bed bugs during the night and now risk taking them home with us. Unfortunately the manager's attitude made the situation worse, showing no concern or accountability for the problem.

Good accommodation, convenient when visiting the travertines which are located a few minutes away by car. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast also served in the morning.

La habitación era enorme, el desayuno es muy abundante y la amabilidad de la recepcionista. Tiene vistas increíbles donde se ven los globos al amanecer y una vista casi directa a Pamukkale

No tiene ascensor para facilitar la subida con maletas al último piso

C'est un excellent rapport qualité prix. La chambre à le nécessaire pour passer une nuit durant un road trip/escale pour visiter le site de Pamukkale, qui se situe à 5min en voiture. L'hôtel est très mignon. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux avec vue sur la piscine de l'hôtel. Le personnel est très gentil et il y a également deux chiens et plusieurs chats très mignons. Il y a aussi un parking privé. Nous avions la chambre 67 au dernier étage avec vue sur les terrasses de Pamukkale. De plus nous avons eu la chance d'assister au réveil, aux vols des plusieurs montgolfières autour de nous, magnifique moment. Nous recommandons ++

Ο φωτισμός του δωματίου Δεν λειτουργούσαν όλα τα φώτα και δεν είχε ένα μικρό φωτακι Επίσης καλό θα ήταν να υπάρχει ένα ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο
