Pension Sofi

We loved being met by a member of the family who run Pension Sofi when we arrived at the port, and having sights, restaurants and more pointed out en route to the hotel. Cosy breakfasts with other guests and the family were a welcome start to the day. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the inclusion of the little clothes line on the balcony was very handy. The decor was very smart and fresh.would love to return here some day, as so many guests seem to do.

I had an amazing stay at Pension Sofi! The hosts were wonderful and I loved the breakfast. I highly recommend everybody in Naxos stay here. The location is also close to everything but tucked away.

Host is very friendly . They offer free shuttle service from airport or port. We have a nice stay！

nous avons passé 4 nuits à la pension Sofi avec nos deux enfants. Les chambres sont propres, un peu petites mais assez confortables. Certaines ont même une petite cuisine et on peut prendre quelques repas sur le balcon, ce qui est pratique avec les enfants et quand on veut éviter d'aller au restaurant tous les jours. Et puis, Réna, la propriétaire, vient parfois, apporter des fruits pour le petit-déjeuner . Elle et son mari sont très accueillants. Ils viennent vous chercher au port et ils nous ont même apporté les valises pendant qu'on profitait une dernière fois de l'île avant de reprendre le bateau. La pension est bien située et très calme. Nous avons loué une voiture sur une journée, grâce à Réna, et les paysages de Naxos sont magnifiques. Bref, à recommander.

Rena and her husband were absolutely lovely to us through the whole stay : they came to get us from the ferry, offered us a homemade snack and coffee, and gave us loads of advice on how to discover Naxos island. The room and bathroom were adorable and clean, and the view from the balcony beautiful. The bed was a little too hard for my taste though. There is wifi, breakfast is not included but you get coffee and some cookies in the kitchen where everyone comes say hi in the morning. We even got transfered to our next location (another hotel in Naxos). I definitely recommend Pension Sofi, especially for the warmth of its hosts.
