Posizione centrale, gentilezza del personale, parcheggio pubblico con sconto

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera molto ampia nella dependance ed abbiamo trovato l'aria condizionata molto molto rumorosa inoltre mancano luci da lettura vicino al letto. Soprattutto l'aria condizionata è un problema in una serata calda, un hotel con la fascia di prezzo dell'Urban dovrebbe fare attenzione a simili particolari,.

"Permanenza perfetta"

Siamo stati a Trieste per due notti e abbiamo soggiornato da UHD per festeggiare i 40 anni di mio marito. Non avevamo informato la struttura di questa ricorrenza ma al nostro rientro in camera abbiamo trovato un piccolo omaggio composto da prosecco e flute con un biglietto di auguri da parte di tutto lo staff. Inoltre, il maitre ha voluto offrirci una box dolci sempre per la ricorrenza importante. L'hotel sorge in centro città (praticamente dietro Piazza Unità d'Italia) e permette di spostarsi a piedi ovunque. Parcheggiando nel Park San Giusto, a pochi metri dall'hotel, si può avere un buono sconto del 15% da presentare alla cassa al momento del pagamento. Il letto comodissimo, aria condizionata, bagno pulitissimo e cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni. In omaggio ci sono due bottiglie d'acqua nel frigo bar! Il servizio è stato impeccabile e tutto il personale efficiente e cordiale. Grazie per il servizio che ci avete offerto! Siamo stati benissimo!
