"Not disabled friendly "

Hotel is really clean and well looked after but we booked an accessible room which when we got there was informed there none available. We tried to get the wheelchair through the bathroom door but it just didn’t fit - as my stepdaughter is unable to stand we had to take her home to her mum that same day. We did book last minute but the hotel should have contacted us to advise us they didn’t have the room available and we would have cancelled

El hotel muy bonito, la piscina con unas vistas fantástica, pero los rios y toboganes muy sombríos Nos quedabamos helados La limpieza regular, la nevera estaba pegajosa, el bufet poco variado y caro y un carrito que pasaba por el pasillo a las 5 y a las 8 de la mañana con un ruido horroroso como siblas ruedas estuvieran oxidadas

Habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas, el personal es muy amable, las instalaciones son extraordinarias y da gusto estar en ellas, tanto de día como de noche, la comida muy buena, quizás un poco corta en variedad pero suficiente

"Hotel cómodo pero para no salir de allí!!"

Personal encantador tanto de recepción y personal de limpieza, excepto la mujer del bar del hotel que es una borde y no sabe tratar a los clientes. Por el resto, todo muy bien.

El hotel bien habitación bien , cómoda cara y mala calidad y muy muy poca variedad y poc cómoda, colas para poder pedir y al final no siguen sacando comida con lo cual no comes . Salimos comer fuera hotel. Parking caro y no hay sitio cerca para aparcar. Refrescas la marca q ellos quieren no hay variedad
