Beyaz Kale

Wonderful owners, so thoughtful and helpful. The food was home prepared, cooked by the mother of the owner, and absolutely delicious. The water in the swimming pool was the waters that ran from Pamukkale, and whilst cold were beautiful, no nasty chlorine smells!! Happily stay here again, well looked after, couldn’t have asked for better.

Great stay at this family-run hotel in Pamukkale. We arrived late at night and the son helped us carry our bags (no elevator). Is a small building with pool and within walking distance from center of town. Rooms were a little tight and if there was a downside about them was the bathroom. Just one big open area with no separation from toilet and shower and not much room to put down your toiletries and things (just on the rim of the sink). We stayed only one full day and they didn't clean our rooms though, they said because we didn't ask them to, and we only were staying for one day. That was a little disappointing. But on the other hand I understand they have to keep costs low and they offer a great value to guests. Breakfast was good on the roof-top terrace: boiled egg, fruit, cucumbers, tomato slices, tea, coffee.

Very nice staff, 5 minutes walk to Hierapolis. Delicious breakfast. The room we reserved was not available so they upgraded our room for no extra cost :)

Very nice place to stay just in front of pamukkale mountain.

The owner family was nice and easygoing but it didn't seem like they were making the most of the Internet. The room didn't have a balcony as it had said. Also I felt a bit uncomfortable to refuse the dinner that they had offered.

Excellent home-cooked food. Welcoming owners. Ideal location to visit the sites.

Spotlessly clean rooms, comfy beds, home cooked meals, and a short walk to the sights. Very friendly family who runs the place. Recommended.

Not a bad place but not much going on in Pamukkale. The hotel was revoting the pool area so there was a bit of construction rubble around. The room was ok clean and the staff were helpful when the power went out for the day.
