Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Casa Porta is now under a new administration and has been totally remodeled to offer greater comfort and quality to our guests, while always maintaining the traditional essence of a Miraflores colonial house. "Mooi hotel, jammer van de verbouwing ernaast"

Een mooi hotel, leuk aangekleed en op loopafstand van de kust en het grote winkelcentrum

In de reviews hadden we al gelezen dat het wat gehorig was. Echter wordt op dit moment het pand naast het hotel grootschalig verbouwd. Dit begint in de ochtend (dus je wordt er wakker van) en gaat door tot een uur of 17 uur. Hier kan het hotel natuurlijk niks aan doen, maar het is wel erg veel geluid (ze zijn aan het werk met drilboren en dergelijke).

Very nice staff, close to the center of Miraflores and to the beach, clean room, nice breakfast. Unfortunately I could stay only one night there.

"Beautiful & friendly house in Miraflores."

We were warmly received and had a very nice stay at Casa Porta. Absolutely clean and beautiful interior. Location in Miraflores was great.

Acoustically it is like a big family house. We don’t mind but might be good to know.

"Fijn verblijf"

Zeer hartelijk ontvangen vroeg in de ochtend. Voor een gereduceerd tarief al kunnen inchecken. De volgende ochtend moesten we om 05:30 alweer weg voor een tour, er was een ontbijt-to-go geregeld. Erg fijn!

Het is best wat gehorig echter spelen ze daar wel op in door oodopjes te geven.

La amabilidad del personal es lo que hace de este lugar algo diferente y recomendable. El desayuno es también un punto fuerte

El olor a humedad de la habitación, así como la falta de aislamiento entre habitaciones. Por suerte la mía estaba en la última planta y no había ruido. La luz de techo de la habitación, al estar mal instalada, aunque la apagues, sigue emitiendo un mínimo de luz, y esto en la oscuridad de la noche, es molesto.

"Hübscher Altbau"

Wunderschönes altes Haus mitten in Miraflores. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Da es ein Altbau ist, ist es hellhörig. Das ist nicht schlimm, nur sind manche Nachbarn nicht immer rücksichtsvoll. Ggf. könnten auch Teppiche helfen, die Trittgeräusche zu mildern.
