Irida Beach Resort Suites

We visited in the quiet season and there were very few guests. The hosts are very kind and helpful, providing us with a local map and suggestions of local sights and restaurants. We slept later than expected on the first day and found that breakfast had been prepared promptly for 9am which is the time we suggested for breakfast. This meant the food had been waiting for us for some time. The hosts are very keen to be helpful and the breakfast was enough to feed twice as many people than our small family of three with options for everyone - eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, cucumber, cheese and ham toasties, Danish pastries, croissants, and more! I hate to see food waste so the next day I went down early to suggest that we would just have toast and pastries (cereal is available too).

we loved it here. the town is lovely, nice beaches, and turtles to boot. great launching pad to many other nature and historic sites of the Peloponnese. Irida is a great place, more like a bed and breakfast than a resort. the owners are amazing people! kind, knowledgeable and friendly. and Rena’s breakfasts are amazing. everything is homemade, even the jams and olive oil!

we liked everything. the property isn’t goi g to suit those who are challenged by stairs as there is no elevator.

Struttura di recente costruzione, moderna, ben tenuta. Il personale attento alle tue esigenze, ottima colazione con cibo fresco. Il proprietario ottimo conoscitore della storia greca può fornire dettagliate informazioni sui siti da visitare. La struttura è appena fuori dell' abitato , che si può raggiungere in circa 5 minuti a piedi percorrendo una comoda strada asfaltata, lungo mare e poco trafficata. davanti alla struttura ci sono ombrelloni e lettini, la spiaggia è mista sabbia e ciotoli. Il mare è molto limpido; l' accesso può essere difficoltoso per la presenza di ricci sul fondo, ma spostandosi circa 50 metri a sud o a nord il problema non si pone più.

Bien que la location soit à proximité de la plage, la station balnéaire était triste et peu animée, comparé à d’autres destinations de mon sejour.
