"Excellent dinner but disappointed in the room."

Very friendly welcome and staff who were unfailingly helpful.

The room we were given was on the 3rd floor up a very narrow staircase which was difficult with luggage and our dog. As the room was in the roof it had sloping ceiling and very low beams and trusses which effectively made half of the room unusable.
