Die Leiterin war äußerst hilfsbereit und kooperativ und hat uns sehr geholfen, als es eine Unstimmigkeit mit booking.com gab. Das Problem wurde zu unseren Gunsten gelöst Dank der Hilfe der Leiterin.

Dass booking.com uns zwei Zimmer zugesprochen hatte, obwohl wir nur eines gebucht hatten.
