Hotel Oslo

מלון נעים סמוך למרכז ההסטורי. החדר פונה לנוף יפה ארוחת הבוקר טובה מאד. בקומה העליונה יש פאב שממנו אפשר להביט לנוף יפיפה לנהר ולעיר. יש חנייה בחינם סמוך למלון. אך מעל הכל אציין את השירות החם והלבבי של כל אנשי הצוות . במיוחד אנדריי שייצא מגדרו לתת את המידע הדרוש במקצועיות ומסירות. תודה רבה!!!!

הכל היה מצויין.

Excellent and varied breakfast. Hotel right in the centre and less than 100 metres from free shuttle bus from station. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Reception staff excellent, friendly and helpful. Roof terrace views both during the day and night made the stay very worthwhile.

Bar prices a little expensive although staff once again excellent.

When we arrived at the hotel, it was wonderful to see that there were many available parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. A cheerful and welcoming gentleman at the reception greeted us warmly and provided very helpful information. We were able to take our luggage up to the room first and then move the car to the parking garage directly across from the hotel, free of charge. The same staff member also recommended an excellent restaurant with a beautiful view over the city and even drew a walking route for us so we could see the main landmarks of Coimbra the next morning. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was spacious and very clean, with an extra bed inside the room which was convenient and more comfortable. The shower was excellent, and I was especially happy to find a magnifying cosmetic mirror in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and very inviting. I always appreciate seeing fresh local pastries and good cheeses. The service at the reception was truly five-star quality.

There was a little noise from the street in the evening. It did not bother me personally, but if you are sensitive to traffic noise, I would recommend requesting a room facing the quieter side of the hotel. Honestly, there was nothing else to complain about. Why stay at a much more expensive hotel when a three-star hotel provides almost everything a five-star hotel does, except perhaps a gym and spa?
