Mala gestió check-in.En arribar trobem cartell escrit on deia que sols es feia entre 16 i 20 hores i es tenia que trucar a un telèfon mòbil.La porta exterior estava tancada. Després per entrar des de carrer, com que no hi havia persona presencial, tenies que utilitzar targeta que ens va donar problemes per obrir. Més tard, sobre les 22 hores, en anar a l'habitació ens fallava el televisor. Vam trucar al mòbil del check-in i ens van dir que ho sentien però que fins l'endemà no ho arreglarien.
