Very close to the city

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Location was within 20 minute walk of old town center. Restaurant adjoining seemed to be popular, but we were turned away at 7 PM on Sunday because they were full and diners linger. Reasonably priced hotel in a somewhat expensive city.

Great location without having to spend a fortune to stay in the old city, but it was less than five minutes via bus!

The hotel is smaller than I expected. The room is spacious enough for 2 and bathroom also has a good size; however, they are using a fitted shower unit and its base is the very slippery. I am not surprised if someone has fallen down while showering before. I would think that they should do something about it before accident happens. The bedding and the room itself are very dated, really don’t think it is a 4 Star hotel. I would give it a 3 instead. It is also a bit far from everything, not the best location.

Shower room is perfect, air-conditioning is good. Not only heater.

We enjoyed staying here. It was within walking distance of the Christmas market which is why we were visiting in Salzburg. The Italian restaurant adjacent to the hotel was a plus.

We needed a room for one night that was not too expensive and this one fit the bill. The staff was very friendly and the room was very large. I wouldn't call it super luxurious, but it had everything we needed. It was very clean, in good repair, right on the bus line and VERY reasonable. And the bathroom was HUGE! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, friendly staff and a great location. Just far enough away from the crowds but close enough walk to all the attractions. I highly recommend trying the Italian restaurant beside the hotel. They have amazing food and staff. I would come back just for the restaurant.

The balcony was a lovely addition to the space. The room was larger than expected. Restaurant adjacent to the hotel was very good.
