The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location is very good: steps away from the train station, within walking distance to Seealpsee and to the cable car to Ebenalp. Breakfast was very good. Checking in when the hotel is on its days off is absolutely no problem: you receive a code per email which you use to open the hotel door and then to open the box containing your key. Replies to phone calls and email messages was always prompt, hepful and friendly.

Beautiful sunny terrase with amazing view. Super friendly and helpful host. The room was warm before our arrival, which was very nice in the beginning of April.

Pillow was a bit too high as for me
