Hotel Casa Rustica

Fantastic value for money. We stayed on the 3rd floor room which was incredibly hot. The ceiling fan could use an update or have an extra couple of fans. The view from the rooftop patio was amazing. Could do with an update aswell and make it more inviting to chill and relax up there. The night receptionist was amazing, very friendly and accomodating. All in all a very pleasant stay. If you are wanting luxury then seek other options. Would visit and stay again for sure. Thank you. The dogs are all friendly too :)

Amazing place. Near of all points of interest. Very friendly personal. Specialy the guy that works at night. He was amazing.

The staff was wonderful and even helped my when I had a situation with my tour. It’s a quaint and affordable place to stay. I will return.

Hotel bastante cerca de la plaza principal. Fuimos al Volcán Acatenango y nos permitieron dejar el equipaje en su bodega y al regreso nos permitieron asearnos en uno de sus baños, lo cual es de mucha ayuda.

Wet clean, staff is very helpful . Dogs are adorable,!

Restroom was not inside the room. And has no parking lot.

it would have been a perfect stay if they have an A/C ..damn its hot in the room. But overall, it's really good, its clean, safe and convenient.

We had a shared bathroom, but it was always very clean and nice! Highly recommended!
