Half board is served in the hotel cafeteria from Sunday to Thursday between 20:30 and 22:30. As a result of Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has temporarily closed the children's playground. Domus Aurea spa hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 to 21:00, last access time: 18:00 hours. Saturday: 10:00 to 22:00, last access time: 19:00 hours. Sunday: 10:00 to 15:00, last access time: 12:00 hours. Consult children's schedule. Children under 5 years old are not allowed to access the facilities. Reservations must be made in advance, otherwise services will not be guaranteed. It is essential to wear a swimming cap and escarpines booties. RESTAURANT EL ZAGUÁN: Friday from 13:30 to 16:00 and from 20:30 to 23:00 hours. Saturday from 13:30 to 16:00 and from 20:30 to 23:00 hours. Sunday from 13:30 to 16:00 Half board service will be offered from Sunday to Thursday in the hotel cafeteria. Friday and Saturday at the restaurant El Zaguán.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. la atención de todo el servicio, desde recepción hasta en el restaurante los jardines, la comodidad parking libre no pide hacer uso del spa por falta de tiempo pero el hotel y la atención me encantaron a mí y a mí madre

la ubicación de la habitación en la planta baja, me hubiera gustado que hubiera dado a otra parte y más alta

El spa increíble, uno de los mejores donde hemos estado. Muy grande, completo, potente, nuevo, limpio y bonito. Solo eché de menos que ofrecieran té, solo había agua. Pedí a poder ser, que fuera habitación con cama de matrimonio y baño con bañera y así fue. También con un recargo de 18€, pedí decoración romántica en la habitación. Se aparca muy fácil en la puerta. El personal muy amable. Para cenar y desayunar, había opciones vegetarianas y sin gluten. El restaurante muy bonito y se agradece que haya menú el finde y noches. Desayuno buffet increíble, súper completo.

Creo que el spa tenía demasiado aforo, también era un sábado en el último pase de las 19h, había mucho ruido, no conseguimos relajarnos y no se escuchaba la música de fondo. Incluso las trabajadoras tuvieron que llamar la atención a un grupo para que bajara la voz.
