Ampio appartamento al piano terra dotato di riscaldamento autonomo. Parcheggio comodo a un isolato da casa sulla pubblica via stalli gratuiti. Disponibilità di Vito per qualunque necessità sia di ordine pratico che turistico.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre avec petit balcon donnant sur une rue calme la nuit. Possibilité d’utiliser la cuisine. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans les rues perpendiculaires hors ZTL. (Nous avons toujours trouvé de la place gratuite Via Messina. Mais attention, voir photo du plan ci-joint, c’est gratuit uniquement d’un bout des rues)

Tutto comodo, spazioso, pulitissimo. Il bagno in camera impeccabile. Il gestore molto reattivo. Ideale per visitare la città. Fermata del bus per Catania e aeroporto molto vicina.
