Very good location in town centre. Plenty of space, including terrace overlooking gardens

Generally a bit shabby in places including some peeling paintwork. Shower cubicle had low ceiling so it was difficult to stand up straight in it, and fittings were loose. Could do with some new crockery in kitchen

Great location ,lovely courtyard in an ancient village and the apartments was excellent The hosts where lovely helpful people .They were so nice we invited them to come and stay with us in Australia. If you are travelling by train take the funicular opposite the train station then walk straight up from the top of the funicular to the village your accommodation is about a 5 minute walk to a street on the right

Wonderful apartment in the centre of Orviette. Very spacious and with a charm. There is everything you need inside.

It was an unpleasant surprise that it is located in ZTL zone. It is not a big problem if you know beforehand. We parked 10 minutes by foot from the apartment.

Perfect location, so quiete in the middle of the old town. Roberta is so helpful and friendly.

Air conditioner failed unfortunately, but great when it was working.

Location and apartment were honestly great. It was a cozy stay and everything went well - we had everything we needed. The best part was also for sure the small balcony attached to the room! The hostess is also very kind and responsive!

One thing we did wish to have had was some of the basic cooking products like a small bit of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and that kind of stuff so we could cook without having to buy them in bottles. But that was truly the only small inconvenience.

The apartment was in an excellent location, close to all the main features, with a supermarket five minutes away, and any number of good eating places on our doorstep. It was very tastefully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. Roberta came every second day to change our towels and empty our bins. She is a gorgeous hostess, and nothing was too much trouble for her. We stayed for ten days, so by the time we left we felt we’d made a lovely friend. Roberta and Mauro took us out for drinks one evening, and Mauro drove us to the station the day we left.

Everything was perfect.
