The hotel locates in the countryside but it is easy to access to the Roma city center by train. Everything is comfortable. The breakfast is simple but it is good enough. The service is excellent and efficient with very good/clear communication. I appreciate their friendly, amiable and considerate help, which make me feel like be at a familiar place. They carry me to the train station in the early of morning and pick up me in the evening just need a call with reasonable cost.

If you don't have a car, the timetable of your visiting in city is not so flexible and you need plan your schedule in advance to make sure you can catch up the train.

The room was clean, warm and easy to access

The mattress was too hard, old and with springs.

The most uncomfortable bed that I have ever tried to sleep in. After a long drive this was so disappointing. I had a twin room so put one mattress on top of the other to try and improve the situation. Even then it was an unpleasant night. I spend many weeks on the road each year so have tested many beds. It is a shame to leave a negative comment on an otherwise pleasant place.

If you are a tourist like me you should never stay here unless you have a car this is practically in the middle of nowhere, every time you want to leave the hotel you need to pay 10 Euro! to the train station10 Euro back and good luck, if you came back late, is a good 60 to 90 min of walk from the station to the hotel No food available during the day expert bread and cheese the owner was saying this place is only for functions! if so why do they advertise for Hotel, if you think the price is good ?! after adding up all the other costs you realize costing you more than the prices in the city so before you reserve check the location

Recently returned from Italy. We stayed two nights in this hotel...ONLY because we had already booked it and we were a group of 14 people so finding a different hotel in Rome at the last minute was impossible! The rooms reeked of old cigarette smoke, one of our group had a huge dead cockroach in his room, some of the bathrooms were just a shower head in the wall and a drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. The beds were hard as a rock. The woman at the front desk moved several people to other rooms that had windows or "better showers" but it really didn't make much difference. The breakfast was adequate only. You had to ask for coffee with no way to get a refill if the owner wasn't in the room.

This hotel has good reviews, but did not live up to the reviews. They lost our clothes that we needed when we left, although eventually they were found and returned, still damp. Towels were damp; one morning so damp I had to use a hand towel to dry off. The rooms are tiny, which may be typical European but we didn't have room for two suitcases. The only thing that saved this from a "1" was the grounds. They are beautiful, and include a small olive orchard. Although the proprietor indicated that smoking cigarettes was not allowed, the hallways stunk from cigarette smoke, right through to the rooms. The location may physically be near Rome, but it takes 1 1/2 hours to get to the parts of the city you want to see, due to traffic.

This place was a very good option for us as a couple because we had a big ,cozy and quiet room. The staff was really friendly and we liked especially the food because it was so various . We will surely return this summer to use that grateful pool!
