L'accueil d'Emanuele était très chaleureux

Pour des cyclistes , ça n'est pas facile de monter les vélos

The location was perfect if you want to be in the Old town. It was very near to bus station. The room was clean. Be informed that if you a little bit bigger you should enter to the shower cabin you have to enter sideways through the sliding door, as the opening is about 30 cm wide.

The place was very small and the walls were as if they were made by paper. So, there is no privacy. The soap, shampoon, toilet paper were limited. We had to buy by ourselves, but for other people they might have been enough. There is a shop just in front of the accommodation which was overpriced. Be informed that there is supermarket near to bus stop to Bosa, airport ect. with reasonable price.The offer included a breakfast but in fact the breakfast consists packeted sweets, juce and yogurd. I expected to recieve more tips not to be reccommended the most expensive shop for water, food ect.

A booking foglalás során, az ár a reggelivel együtt volt feltüntetve, reggeli ugyan volt, de nem a fotókon megtekintett "classik", hanem részben a hűtőben feltöltött tartós élelmiszer (joghurt, tej, csomagolt kétszersült, tartósított bolti sütemény, kis dzsemm), amit a három éjszaka alatt egyszer töltöttek fel, két személyre így kevés. Remélem csak félreértés volt és mással nem ez történt.

Emanuele war überaus freundlich und die Übergabe hat hervorragend geklappt. Die kleine Maisonettewohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war toll, dass wir unser Fahrräder auf Zimmer nehmen durften.

Alles war perfekt.

Great host and great location. The tiny but well-stocked kitchen area was nice to have in the room.

If I was staying more than just overnight, I think it would become a bit cramped. O

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz, w obiekcie zapewniony niewielki aneks kuchenny z podstawowymi przyborami, kawa, herbata, lodówka. Śniadanie w formie prowiantu - sucharki, jogurty, krakersy, soczki, woda- bardzo dobre, wystarczająco pożywne, smaczne. Wszystko było super.

L'accueil du propriétaire

L'emplacement de l'hébergement nécessite de garer la voiture sur un parking à 500 m. Le coût du parking a été de 31€ pour 18 heures. Le propriétaire nous a réclamé 4€ de taxes de séjour en cash, en plus du prix de l'hébergement de 83€, ce qui représente un très mauvais rapport qualité prix. En effet l'hébergement rénové par un bricoleur du dimanche avec des matériaux modestes des années 90, ne présente pas d'attrait particulier. En conclusion, à éviter.

Perfectly equipped and very clean apartment with delicious breakfast in the old town. Emanuel the owner and Christina are very nice and helpful people! It couldn't be better, I recommend the place! 😀❤️
