"Das Hotel nennt sich SPA. D. h. Bad und Sauna Nutzung inklusive wäre toll gewesen."

Zimmer mit Balkon und gute Sicht über die Stadt. Abendunterhaltung jeden 2. Abend. Bad Benutzung. Shuttle zur Stadt. Sauberes, gut angelegtes Außengelände.

Unangemessen hohe Parkplatzgebühr. Benutzung der Saunalandschaft nur gegen hoher Gebühr. Die ersten 3Tage war das Abendessen teils nicht ausreichend. Erst nach Anfrage war es ausreichend.

"Big nice pool, comfortable rooms"

Very nice big pool (just closed for lunch 11:30-13:00), very good choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff, nice bar and lobby with delicious cocktails and one night of live music. We got a perfect room for ourselves. We asked for separate beds and even got separate rooms - that was great! Not far to walk to the city center (down the hill), free parking options available there (or at least cheaper than at the hotel), but 3h is for free at the hotel. The spa treatments are nice but nothing special, a real good massage would be nice but it's a range of different treatments like water-bed-massage or CO2-bath.

Lots of the staff members in the spa didn't speak either English nor German and didn't explain the treatments much. Unfortunately the Roman baths (which are free to use with the pool) were closed due to a technical problem during our 3-day-stay but we got 1 h sauna access for free which would normally be like 25€. The spa area has three different kinds of sauna, so it would also be worth the money we think. Expensive parking at the hotel (16€/day) but 3h are for free and there are better options down in town.

Sauber, geräumig, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber gepflegt.

Personal unmöglich und super unfreundlich. Besonders im SPA. Lediglich Service (Essen und Barbereich) ist nett und hilfsbereit. Schwimmbad war einfach so geschlossen mittags an einem Tag. Zu viele Menschen für kleines Buffet. Essen funktional und nichts Besonderes. Frühstück keine 4 Sterne, Saft mit Sirup, Instant Ei und keine gescheiten Brötchen oder Baguette. Max. 5 von 10 Sternen.
