Great location. Riverside view. Center of the spa center. The staff is great and very helpful. Breakfast is great as well.

Parking is not easily accessible, and the street is not always open to cars.

The location was great. . Everything was at a walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel was good. But we didn't know that 100s of people will be there in the morning. We waited for around 20 minutes to get seated.

Everything went bad from the first Interaction. The receptionist was overwhelmed with guests. We waited for a really long time there. She didn't know English so it was difficult for us to understand what she was saying. Maybe she could use google translater like i did when i wanted to ask something. She gave us the key and room number. It's really confusing for someone who visited this place for the first time. We thought we are staying in the same hotel where receptionist was. But our hotel was at somewhere else though close. It wouldn't be easier for anyone to get things Dryer and all once you are in the EA Mozart Hotel because you have to go down cross the street, Go to Atlantic hotel (Where all the hotel operations happen) and ask them. It was hot that day and even with the Windows open, it was not easy to stay in the room during day time. No Fan, No AC. Bathroom sink was clogged with i don't know what thing . The decor of the room looks really old, early 80s. To my surprise it was not a theme based hotel. They didn't change anything since then i believe.

The hotel is in a very good location, the bedding is good.

The hotel needs renovation , the bathroom and toilet are very old. PARKING IS A VERY PROBLEM - there is none nearby (1,5km.), the parking quota of the hotel is small and it is very expensive (20€ -1 Day). The hotel is not at all like the picture, this is to deceive people. THE CURRENT REAL CONDITION OF THE HOTEL DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE PHOTO (Let Booking.com control this).
