"Schönes Hotel mit überforderten und unmotivierten Service"

Schöne Lage in der Nähe von Innsbruck. Die Stadt ist mit der Bahn sehr gut zu erreichen. Verbundkarte für den Nahverkehr ist im Preis mit enthalten.

Junges dynamisches Personal, was in vielen Fällen total überfordert war. Beim Frühstück gab es ab 09:00 Uhr nichts mehr. Tische waren nicht mehr beräumt, kein Besteck, keine Tassen und Teller und das Buffet war leergräumt. Eine komplett neue Erfahrung für uns. Da sollte sich schnellstens was ändern.

It was very clean, laid out with many amenities including spa, etc. There was a nice size balcony overlooking the pond and mountains.

It was crowded yet likely due to popularity 😉
