Extra beds are available for an extra charge and are subject to availability upon check-in. The open air pool is open from 11:00am to 07:00pm. Opening days will vary as mentioned: during June, open on Saturday and Sunday; during July, August and September it will be open all from Monday to Sunday the rest of the months it will be closed for bathing. Please note that from 13/10/2025 to 01/05/2026 we will be carrying out improvements in the rooms to offer you a better service. We will take all possible measures to minimize any inconvenience during this period. Gym is closed for renovations until 01/05/26Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Schitterend hotel!"

Mooie ruime luxe nette kamer, goeie bedden en mooie badkamer en we hadden een prive tuin aan de kamer

Zwembad gesloten op maandag, dit was nergens terug te zien op booking. Hadden ons verheugd om even te zwemmen in dit warme weer

"Really disappointing. Uncomfortable stay."

Location, lovely pool setting, pool bar food was good. Parking.

Pool was closed for duration of our stay. It is in small print on Booking.com. Building work going on outside bedrooms at 07:30 this morning. Asked for late checkout but receptionist laughed. Will not stay here again. Hotel feels unfinished & bit chaotic.

"Beautiful place but not well managed for guest experiences"

The property was beautiful, our room was great & we loved our patio area. Breakfast was also great & it was really quiet!

The beautiful pool ( which we booked for) was unusable as they did not have a lifeguard daily - very disappointing. The water was turned off an hour before checkout so showering was very difficult. There was a notice but the water was turned off an hour earlier than expected. This spoilt my morning there!

"Relax despues de un viaje muy largo"

Acabamos de volver de un viaje maravilloso a Singapore, KL y Vietnam, los hoteles eran fabulosos pero ninguno tenia el espejo con luces led ni una ducha como en las habitaciones recientemente reformadas como en La Laguna, creo que para la mayoria de las mujeres una buena iluminacion en el baño es necesario.
