Extra beds are available for an extra charge and are subject to availability upon check-in. The open air pool is open from 11:00am to 07:00pm. Opening days will vary as mentioned: during June, open on Saturday and Sunday; during July, August and September it will be open all from Monday to Sunday the rest of the months it will be closed for bathing. Please note that from 13/10/2025 to 01/05/2026 we will be carrying out improvements in the rooms to offer you a better service. We will take all possible measures to minimize any inconvenience during this period. Gym is closed for renovations until 01/05/26Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. we had a terrace room which was lovely and looked over the pool - we had just sold a property in Spain so were really pleased to have a bolthole to go to - Cocktail waiter was lovely despite having a few challenges on stock, he made the best pina coladas - the pool was lovely perfect temperature and not busy. The only fault we had was that bar snacks were not available all day which would have been a bonus so we got room service instead

food at cocktail bar finished early and could have been longer which would have made the stay better - everything else was perfect

Overall the hotel not what I expected from a four star property. Attention to detail was lacking from a number of the front desk, which was disappointing.

Greetings from front desk I felt there was a lack of enthusiasm for non-Spanish speaking guests. Used tea cups were not replaced with new ones.
