スタッフの方がとてもフレンドリーで、親切で信頼できました。宿泊日数を間違えて予約してしまっていたのですが、急な申し出に対しても親身に対応してくださり、安心できました。朝食ブュッフェも美味しく、温かく種類豊富に提供されます。水回りの不明点やトラブルにも迅速に対応してもらえて、助かりました。旅慣れていない一人旅でも、安心して宿泊でき、よい時間を過ごすことができました。

水回り（トイレの水トラブル）がありました。タンクのポンプの故障だと思われます。でも連絡すると、すぐに対処してもらえました。

Hotel is goed gelegen in de stad. Ontbijt was heel lekker en uitgebreid. Het personeel heel vriendelijk. Goede kamer met grote badkamer.

It is a lovely hotel, although not all the rooms are refurbished as yet. We were very disappointed in our initial room, but after some discussion, we were moved the next day. The hotel is in a very good location. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is terrific, and we ate in the restaurant twice.

It would have been good to have solar heating for the pool as it was very cold, while we were there in early June.
