Vera Cruz Porto Downtown Hotel

En general, me gustó todo. La ubicación es muy buena, la limpieza impecable y las camas son cómodas para descansar bien. El personal del alojamiento es amable, y en especial quiero destacar a la chica de la recepción que me atendió, ya que fue muy atenta y agradable. Un lugar totalmente recomendable para alojarse

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the centre of Porto and next to the metro. Excellent public transport links to the beaches at Foz and beyond. The city is easily walkable from the hotel. The staff were really friendly. You have to hand in your key every time you leave the hotel and pick it up when you return. I wasn't sure about this at first but it meant that I got to know the staff and it felt very welcoming coming back to the hotel, being greeted by familiar staff who remembered my room number. The air conditioning was really effective which was such a relief in the heat.

The room was pretty small and there was very limited space to spread my things out. Not much space to hang up clothes.
