A tourist tax of EUR 2.50 must be paid by all leisure guests as well as guests on business outside of Bad Säckingen. Please note, guests can store bikes at the property either outside for free or indoors for a charge. The bike room is to be found in the basement and is not accessible for hotel guests. For storing and bringing the bike upstairs, there is a fee of EUR 5,00 per bike. These fees have to be paid once no matter how many days the bike is stored. As the hotel is located in the heart of the Old Town district of Bad Sackingen, it is necessary (and permissible) to drive through the Old Town district. Guests are advised to take the Steinbrückstraße (street) and follow this to the end, where the parking spaces are located. Please enter "Steinbrückstraße" into your navigation system to quickly find us.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich ok. Die schlechte Bewertung hat nur mit dem Bettkonfort zu tun. Das Bett und vor allem die Kissen sehr unbequem. Ich habe wirklich nicht gut geschlafen und meine Partnerin auch nicht.

Die Anfahrt ist eine Katastrophe, wenn man es wie wir nicht kennen. Das Telefon wurde nicht entgegengenommen, scheinbar war zu diesem Zeitpunkt viel los. Wir können ja nicht wissen, dass es eine Spezial-Bewilligung gibt... das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, könnte aber zwischendurch immer wieder mal aufgefrischt werden (wie das halt bei Buffets so notwendig wäre).

"Great Stay - For Family."

Well located near center of the city and close to the river promenade. We booked a family room and if you want space ask for room 370. It basically has a seperation between kids and parents which is very nice

Everything was great. Two small points. There is currently a lot of construction in the city and you have to drive down the pedestrian walkway (shopping street) to get there. second point is that the windows let in a lot of light and now that the sun rises you can easily be woken up :).
