Spiros & Hiroko Hotel - Adults Only

Pool was so nice and staff were lovely and welcoming.

Our stay at zorzis hotel was lovely hotel was so nice very clean beautiful garden around hotel I had a single room which was good size best views of the mountains my friend had double room was big and spacious and clean bathroom ok size too spiros and his wife were lovely people and looked after us so well great to meet them location was perfect groceries shop 2 mins walk and coffee shops and restaurants 10 min walk to beach we loved it

What sets this property in it's own class, away from the rest is it's wonderful owners/managers who takes care of their guests as if they were family. We've had a lovely stay at Zorzis, and they all walked that extra mile in making our stay super-special. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and it is maintained to a very high standard. Although it is close to the road, because of sound-proofing, you are not disturbed. Thank you very much for such a remarkable stay at your beautiful home. We will be back soon!

The facilities were beautiful and very quiet in a great location. Within walking distance to the beach or any number of restaurants, including a 24 hour bakery. The hosts were wonderful, very helpful, informative, and friendly. A great romantic stay in Santorini

I had a great short stay at Zorzis Hotel. My room was comfortable, and the hotel spotless and well organized. The owners, Spiros and Chiroko are welcoming, eager to help with practical matters and especially to ensure guests have the best chance to explore and enjoy the island... supported by maps, timetables, walking maps and Chiroko's big book of photos. The impressive black sand beach is 5 minutes walk away, and the bus stop with regular service to Thira (25 mins) is next to the hotel. The pool is also lovely.

Hotel simply lived up to all expectations. Quiet, spotlessly clean, good location with wonderfully friendly and attentive hosts. Thank you Spiros and Hiroko for a lovely relaxing week.

Loved this hotel. Fab place with 10 rooms so individual service. Excellent pool and can very easily walk to restaurants and the beach and get a bus to other places on the island. Very clean and lovely hotel, fresh breakfast and lovely staff

We arrived very early at the hotel and were given a warm welcome by Hiroko who offered us breakfast straight away. This was much appreciated. The rest of our stay was to continue like this with both Hiroko and Spiros taking excellent care of us. Breakfast was served to us every morning by the lovely Maria, with fruit, delicious Greek yoghurt, fresh bread, and pastries, tea/coffee. The beds were the most comfortable i have ever slept in. The room is a perfect size with both air conditioning and ceiling fan. All rooms have a balcony. Pool/beach towels are supplied by the hotel which is a big plus.The pool is amazing. And the gardens, lovingly cared for by Hiroko, are amazing.the hitel itself is spotless , bright and airy.All in all i could not fault this hotel we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't thank Spiros and Hiroko enough. They are full of information and suggestions for how to spend your time. We will definitely return.

Spiros and his wife we're incredible from start to finish, we will definitely be back in Perissa to stay at their fantastic location, they took care of our every need and I couldn't say enough nice things about the both of them. This is a 10 star in my opinion. We we're greated with coffee and juice the moment we got there. Thank you again to the both of them!
