We loved everything.

Fabulous and quiet location with wonderful views. We have eaten here several times over the last few years and would highly recommend the restaurant, however this is the first time we have stayed. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout. Breakfast was fabulous (as was dinner!). If you are looking to relax and unwind in a peaceful setting, then this is the place! Worth noting that you will need a car (or taxi/uber) to get here and access local shops etc.

That we hadn't booked for longer!

Stayed one night and wished it was longer. Lovely Quinta with local produce. Breakfast and service is absolut top notch. On top of the fresh yoghurt, pastries and fruit we asked for an omelet and it was beautiful. The pool area was nice as well as the possibility to visit the farm animals. Very quiet farm and beautiful surroundings. We will be back!!

We have been visiting Quinta Do Mel on and off for a few years, usually just for the amazing food they serve. Last year we thought we would treat ourselves this year and stay for a few days. We booked the 2 bedroomed apartment. We were definitely not disappointed. Beautiful countryside setting, amazing food and really helpful and friendly staff. It is walking distance to local restaurants but it is a good 20minute walk. It is a bit more costly(maybe) than other places but the quality and location matches the price and I would highly recommend it for a special occasion or simply to get away from the usual touristy places. Loved it and hope to get back in the near future

I honestly can't think of anything! Perhaps think about hiring a car as it can be a bit far to walk to and from if you struggle to walk. Having said that we got taxi's and the local Uber so not a hassle

Wonderful location and amazing breakfast

A beatiful location, calm and serene farm, with loads of greenery around

Firstly, the check in is through the restaurant, we came during dinner time so it was quite unpleasant, we go no explanation about the place when checking in since the guy was busy with serving dinner to guests. Secondly we have food intolerances the breakfast was a set menu, despite mentioning our allergies they kept serving us the same food we are allergic too, showed little knowledge of allergens and seemed like they were really struggling to provide anything for us. This was frustrating and unpleasant. The morning cleaning staff left all piles of dirty bedsheets of all the rooms in front of our room so that was weird and made us feel uneasy too. Maybe it’s because we were off season but we did not feel welcomed.

Beautiful farm house and grounds, amazing food!

Tolle Unterkunft mit hervorragendem Frühstück und dem besten Personal. Wir fühlten uns mit unserem Baby mehr als willkommen.
