Beautiful island within bustling Roses. Very professional and friendly staff. Excellent sea views and easy beach access…highly recommendable.

Amazing, we loved Ana at reception, she booked restaurants for us and gave amazing recommendations, we loved our ocean view room and the hotel breakfast and restaurant as well as the beach bar, a beautiful hotel, our second time staying and we will be back again

The breakfast was excellent. Jawad the head of breakfast services was excellent, perceptive and knew what we wanted before we even thought of it. The rest of the staff were equally excellent and very helpful. Always had a smile and a conversation. The car valets and reception staff were excellent. Always willing to listen and provide recommendations. I will definitely be back. My only regret was that I did not have enough cash handy to give more tips. A cashless tipping system would be a great idea.

The lobby could do with a refurb. And the coffee machines in the rooms should be free for the entire stay. I am happy to overlook that tho it’s the staff were so excellent. A 5 start hotel should not have a non free coffee pods

The food was poor which is a shame as staff were great as were the rooms the cleanliness and the facilitiees however please IMPROVE THE FOOD !!

Dinner in the fish restaurant was no where near as good as the Mediterranean one

Exceptional food, service and ambiance. Great beach. Great view. Roses is breathtaking. The highlight was the service. Bravo. Can’t wait to be back.

Très loin du 5 étoiles, je suis mécontente : - chambre 212 propre mais très mal insonorisée : on entend distinctement les personnes qui passent dans le couloir ainsi que le personnel de la réception située proche, on entend les pas des adultes et les enfants qui courent de l’appartement situé à l’étage supérieur - vue mer mais grandement génée car la chambre 212 donne sur le toit du restaurant - coffre fort hors service - pas de rideaux occultants : nous avons été réveillés dès l’aube par la luminosité passant par les persiennes et le fin rideau ☹️ - pas de wc séparé - piscine intérieure hors d’age et présence de rouille au sol - personnel serviable mais trop peu nombreux : un seul serveur pour gérer l’apéritif du soir - petit déjeuner acceptable mais pas du niveau d’un 5 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner de l’Almabrava est bien plus qualitatif comparativement - seul bonus : la vue incroyable depuis les tables sur la mer et les rochers, plage de la Pirata remplie de poisson Résultat : je ne reviendrai pas au Vistabella

Amazing view and wonderful staff. Valets were very friendly. Front desk is amazingly helpful.
