Hotel Italia

Very conveniently located just a short walk from the Ravenna train station. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was pretty basic but clean and comfortable. Big bonus for cruisers as the hotel provides a free shuttle to the cruise port (which is actually quite far away).

The area is eclectic but we enjoyed it.

My wife and I had a delightful stay at Hotel Italia prior to boarding Celebrity Eclipse on 19 September 2025. Tommaso and all the hotel staff members were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding. The lady who did housekeeping was also excellent. From the hotel, we took a walking tour to all the amazing historic monuments and museums in Ravenna famous for Mosaic and Byzantine art. Many thanks to Tommaso who drove the shuttle to take us and other hotel guests from the hotel to the cruise port!

Close to the bus terminal and train station 12 minute walk distance to restaurants staff here at the hotel or fantastic most spoke good enough English to understand us and communicate back and the only negative thing I can say about the property is only two electrical outlets in the room, which made it difficult for all the electronics that we have to recharge every night

I mentioned this above the electrical outlets only being 20 and they were only there was only foreign language television so other than music the television was not abuse
