"Overall its manageable."

The staff were incredibly friendly and always available when needed. Housekeeping was good, with fresh towels provided daily. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

While our initial room had several cleanliness and comfort issues, the staff kindly moved us to a larger room that was a significant improvement. However, there are still minor maintenance concerns, such as a missing heated towel rail in the bathroom. Overall, the property would benefit from more attention to detail regarding the cleanliness of the corners and behind sofa areas.
