L hôtel hyper beau et bien entretenu les chambres super grande avec terrase et etange pour les habits et le personnel super et le buffet du matin et le soir juste magnifique jamais aussi bien mangé

L endroit assez perdu c est bien pour 5 jours pas plus car on s ennuie vite Prise pas adapter a mon sèche cheveux

Wirklich sehr gefplegte Anlage. schönes Pool und gute Dzsche/Bad.

Doch sehr entlegen, Auto absolut erforderlich. Frühstück eher nur 'Süßes' und ab 8:30 kaum nachgefüllt. Desmotiviertes Personal überträgt schlechte Stimmung auf ganze Anlage... und das schon Mitte Juni

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr hundefreundlich. Gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegt, zimmer sehr sauber.

Verständigung auf Englisch manchmal schwierig, aber durch das freundliche Personal doch machbar.

The Pool and the breakfast

Our experience at Costa Caddu was deeply disappointing, especially considering this was our honeymoon. On the first night, the air conditioning unit stopped working in extremely hot weather and began leaking water, flooding our room. I reported the issue immediately and was promised it would be resolved the following day. At no point was any form of compensation or alternative offered — which I consider standard practice in any quality hospitality establishment. The next morning, I spoke again with the front desk, who confirmed they were aware of the problem and that it would be fixed. My wife and I left for the day trusting this would be handled. When we returned that afternoon, I went to check on the room and encountered a staff member and the hotel manager in the corridor. They spoke to each other in Italian in front of me — a language I do not understand — and the manager visibly shrugged, showing complete indifference to our situation. Her attitude was unprofessional and deeply disrespectful. A staff member told me he believed the issue had been resolved. I turned on the air conditioning and waited one hour at the pool. When I returned, the room was flooded again. I went to reception for the second time, visibly frustrated. The staff member offered to move us to another room for that night only, warning us we might have to move back the following day if the repaired room was available — as if the hotel being fully booked was somehow our responsibility. We paid approximately R$6,000 Brazilian Reais for this stay — a significant amount that reflects an expectation of quality and care. Instead, my wife and I slept poorly for two consecutive nights in an overheated, flooded room during our honeymoon. The air conditioning was only properly fixed on the third day, and not once did the hotel offer any form of compensation, goodwill gesture, or apology beyond basic problem acknowledgment. The property itself is beautiful, the pool is lovely, and breakfast was excellent

O quarto tem um estilo já muito antigo para os tempos em que vivemos

Pulita, accogliente, staff molto gentile Posizione ottima, lontana dal caos ma vicina a tutto

Per una struttura così piacevole e curata la colazione non può essere per la maggior parte con prodotti confezionati che si trovano ovunque. Consiglio prodotti del posto, fatti in casa, succhi freschi spremuti, scaldavivande con qualunque cosa si voglia ma del posto. Ad ogni modo ci torneremo volentieri

Lekker zwembad niet heel druk. Normaal hou ik niet van inckusief ontbijt buffet maar deze was echt lekker. Tuintje achter het huis heel fijn. Centrum san teodoro om de hoek en daar was het echt gezellig.

Het strandje grenzend aan het hotel was heel nihiel. Prima voor even maar zou er niet een hele dag gaan liggen. Niet ver weg zijn wel hele mooie strandjes!
