Hotel Costa Caddu

Hotel muito agradável. Belos jardins, muito limpo e bem-cuidado. Bom café da manhã. Cerca de 12 minutos de carro até o centro de San Teodoro e de praias excelentes, como La Cinta. Cerca de meia hora dirigindo até o aeroporto de Olbia. Ficamos hospedados em uma das suítes com três quartos, que oferece acesso a uma piscina privativa compartilhada com a outra unidade similar, além de um estacionamento dedicado. Quartos e banheiros adequados e bem equipados. Enfim, ótima opção de excelente custo-benefício na Sardenha. Gostamos muito e voltaríamos.

Apesar de termos pedido já na reserva, não oferecem a opção de late check-out ou a pagamento. A opção dada foi pagar mais uma diária inteira, o que não parece razoável. Horário de check-out às 10h, o que nos pareceu muito cedo. Esse detalhe impediu a estadia de ser impecável.

La atencion fue excelente, el ultimo dia tuvimos que madrugar para coger el avion y el dia antes nos prepararon una bolsita con el desayuno, todo un detalle, la piscina con sus tumbunas y el jacuzzi, lo bien cuidado que estaba todo

Me gusto todo, por ponerle una pega que a san teodoro habia que ir en coche, pero no fue un problema

Nature, view, quiet and clean place. Guardian/gardener cuts grass with every day, as he waters grass with hose at night, he even washes your car! wow! Also great parking, a lot of space. And receptions, Luisa and Rita - young, energic, smiling, very professional. Had fun with Luisa and gecko lizard in my room that climbed on my shoulder as i was carrying the table that he was hiding under haha! Rita on the other hand helped us call on our behalf to car repair service and arranged them to come to the hotel parking lot to fix our flat tire. Pristine turquoise beach is relatively close, like 5 to 10 minutes walk. At evening until 11:30 PM they even have singer with a great voice! Cleaning service lady was beyond unimaginable, she paid attention to every little detail, even to your stuff around sink in the bathroom, she was even closing bath shampoo cap when we forgot to, i never seen that in any other hotel. Great view from restaurant with Tavolara island in the background. The room without garden was even better than garden room i think, we had more privacy than our rest of the family that was in the garden room that was facing towards pool. I enjoyed sitting in the backyard during the thunderstorm at night, what a magical experience. My family was happy, thank you for a great experience!

The staff in the morning at restaurant was like, how to put it, always out of the mood (except older lady that was always smiling). Staff either did not know to interact in english, perhaps there was communication barrier. Overall i was not feeling comfortable when approached at the table. They just arrive, ask about coffee, write it down and leave, no smile, no questions, no anything. The breakfast itself has a good variety in pastries but SADLY no savories - if you want something like sausage or bacon, forget about it, they only have one bread with salami and ham plus cheese, but you could order fried, cooked or scrambled eggs - i did not like to wait for it 20 minutes though. Also i did not like the fact they allow dogs in the restaurant, even this little dog was barking, right in the next table, MAN i want to enjoy breakfast and calm morning, and not trying to fight with thoughts how to kill the dog.

Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Maya who worked in the bar during the day was so lovely and a real credit to the hotel. Everything was immaculate. Gardens were beautiful.
