"great hotel pre/post mont blanc"

8.0

very clean and staff is kind. we arrived late and they kept the light on for us. breakfast was served in a cozy area of the hotel, all the right snacks to prepare us for a day at mont blanc. please keep in mind, if you're planning to visit chamonix, the 23 mile tunnel to france has a 52 euro round trip toll.

"Great place to go in the Aosta Valley"

10.0

This is our fourth visit to this hotel as it is an excellent, friendly and small hotel with good-sized, comfortable and well-kept rooms with t.v., free wi-fi, mini-bar and ample storage space. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the whole of the valley and for the various ski resorts in the valley. The self-catering facilities available for a small extra charge are first class. The unlimited buffet breakfast is excellent and the breakfast tiimes are very functional to suit early or late risers. The owner and the staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable and are very friendly.

"Fantastic...highly recommended!"

10.0

Almost everything about this place was fantastic! The pillows were too hard...that would be my only negative...other than that; we had a great stay, and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant.

"Great hotel"

10.0

This is not a "four seasons" but people there will make forget that. Very helpful and friendly! The rooms are clean and spacious with amazing views on the alps. The hotel is located in a small village up from Aosta. It's great if you have a car, cause you're a few minutes away from many ski resorts.

"Chateau was wonderful for a family."

10.0

We stayed there, 2 adults 2 children for a weekend, and the hotel was great. It was clean, breakfast was good, and the views from the 4 person room were directly out the window to the castle across the street. Parking was a (minor) issue, as you have to compete for spaces in the public lot with an eatery across the street. Also, afordable food requires a drive into town. But a nice place overall. My wife deemed it "cute".

"Very good Hotel in a lovely city"

10.0

Very good hotel in a lovely city with good road connections to nearby areas. We would definately recommend this hotel for everyone. We liked especially the manager and the other staff. Breakfast was adequate and parking was no problem as there was loads of free parking spaces nearby. Rooms were spacious and ours had a nice balcony facing the mountains. Especially good if you plan to ski in the Aosta Valley area.

"Great Hotel in Aosta with incredible service!"

10.0

We went skiing in Aosta and stayed in the Chateau for 5 nights. The rooms are really big and very comfortable with a beatiful view over the mountains. The hotel is very close to some of the main ski resorts in the area and to the Termes of Pre-Saint Dedier. There are so mnay old castles and nice churces around that you can never be bored! What we were more pleased about, though, was the service that we got from, I think - the owner of the hotel. He was very kind, polite and always ready to asssit person, that he made us all feel special. It was obvious that the other guests in the hotel felt the same way. We are definitely going there again!
