Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, great view from terrace overlooking central area

Great location and beautiful high ceiling room. Many thanks to the receptionist that saved us some food because we did not make it for breakfast :))

We really enjoyed our stay. The receptionist was incredibly friendly. She gave us a lot of suggestions on what to do. The location is perfect (not in the city center (but at least you can park for free very close). It is an old and very charming building. We loved it.

Breakfast could be improved. There were nice things from a local bakery we loved but we missed some fruits. I would also have loved a kettle to make a tea at night

Excellent location, clean big rooms, comfortable beds, nice staff, fresh and crispy patisserie's croissants (or other options like traditional pasticciotto), refurbished shower rooms, flexibility of remote check in, easy free parking in the same road of the Palazzo, all basic necessities in the room like intimate gel, shower cap, body lotion, shower gel, soap etc Hotels.com managed poorly the check-in info, we arrived and we had no instructions. With foreign mobiles getting available line was difficult and we stayed outside for 15 minutes before being able to connect with the host. They will give you a code for the door and tell you which room to enter, this could be done via email for foreigners to avoid signal issues with international calls, apparently another famous site to book gives more information. Another point to remember is that being the rooms very big with high ceiling the air con may struggle to cool them down completely, so factor this if you go during the peak of summer and you suffer with heath (I'd say the room can be cooled at around 25-26°) The only negative point is that the WiFi access is not in the rooms but just in the communal area

Michela the receptionist was very professional and kind.The building is just magical. 10/10 Location is walking distance to city center and also relatively close to the beach.

The room was spacious enough.

The WiFi was atrocious. I asked them to fix it, and they did not. This should have been fixed before I came. When you pay for a room, you expect the WiFi to work in your room. They were rude to me when I asked them to fix the WiFi. The breakfast options were very limited. Staff barely spoke any English, so communication was tricky. Plus, no one was there to greet me when I arrived, which I find a bit rude. Isn't that their job?

Position was excellent, close to the train station and the main street. Lovely building.

Room was very dark, only natural light if shutters were open and then room visible from outside. Only complaint.
