"High step inside of the room - uncomfortable for elderly family members"

Good cleaning, really nice staff and location.

The step between the anteroom and the bed area is too high, making it uncomfortable and dangerous for elderly people (some people of the family). There were no eggs for breakfast - even in simpler places I'd stayed, they had them, so it was unexpected for me.

"Struttura molto comoda e perfetta per girare a piedi a Santiago"

Albergo posizionato all'ingresso del centro storico, vicino al bellissimo mercato coperto de Abastsos. Camera silenziosa nonostante l'affaccio su strada grazie a doppie finestre e muri in pietra spessissimi. Codice numerico per accedere alla camera e per entrare dopo la chiusura della reception molto comodo.
