"Ottimo albergo situato in zona strategica "

Siamo arrivati nel pomeriggio e siamo stati accolti da una receptionist molto attenta e cordiale. la camera era perfettamente pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Abbiamo passato una notte soltanto ma non ho nulla da eccepire. Anche la prima colazione è stata abbondante e con notevole scelta.

Esperienza positiva,personale gentile, colazione buona.Hotel pulito con palestra e spa . La posizione e tranquilla a pochi km dal lago la camera è piccola ma pulita con frigobar, cassaforte e tv.

Ottima posizione e servizi da 4 stelle. Purtroppo la qualità del letto (materasso e biancheria scadenti) e la doccia praticamente inutilizzabile rendono il soggiorno meno piacevole. Colazione super

"Hotel prima, locatie minder"

Positief: - Vriendelijk personeel - Goede faciliteiten - Goed restaurant naast het hotel - Schone kamer - Toiletartikelen op de kamer (ook naaisetje, tandenborstel, etc) - Spoorverbinding is prima en reizen met de trein is niet duur. Stresa is leuk, met name de kabelbaan naar Mattarone. Negatief: - Zonder auto niet makkelijk te bereiken, station is redelijk dichtbij maar wandelen en fietsen is gevaarlijk op de weg (geen wandel-/fietspaden) - In Dormelletto is niks te doen - In de winter is ook in Arona niets te doen, winkels zijn van 12 tot 16 gesloten en restaurants gaan pas na 19u open. Houdt daar rekening mee. - Behalve het hotelpersoneel spreekt bijna niemand in de wijde omgeving Engels.

Siamo stati all'hotel le palme per le feste di fine anno ci siamo trovati molto bene ,bella camera ristrutturata confortevole e calda bagno spazioso. La colazione al mattino varia ed assortita sempre ben rifornita una pecca forse la mancanza di pane fresco. Buona la posizione per visitare il lago maggiore e vicina a molti centri commerciali
