Quiet hotel on edge of village with small carpark. Efficient air con in large spa bath room (219). Nice sofa area with open fire near reception I imagine it’s lovely in winter. Some staff helpful, some not 😬

Pool wasn’t open and there was no where to relax after sauna, we had to argue with man on reception to access loungers on the lawn! He said parasols were not allowed by law until June lol. Room facilities not consistent with a 4* with few towels (had to pay extra for a spa towel!) and shared plug between tv/coffee machine, also no mini bar as advertised?

Goede locatie middenin de Pyreneeën vlakbij prachtig nationaal park Monte Perdido te bereiken via een mooi weggetje. Binnenzwembad was open en via schuifdeur buiten in tuin kunnen zitten. Sauna. Gratis en veilig parkeren langs de weg. Ontbijt redelijk uitgebreid met vers fruit.

Soms stond sauna nog niet aan soms veelste heet (115 graden). Halverwege verblijf leggen wij te horen dat wij hier moesten betalen voor de handdoeken. Soms veel en grote groepen tijdens ontbijt. Voor de "suitekamer" moet je in eigen kamer trap op voor bed en bad. Badjas tot op de naad versleten. Buitenzwembad nog niet open

Tot en conjunt

Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut, das Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich. Wir hatten wegen meiner Oberschenkelprothese ein Zimmer mit Dusche angefragt. Die normalen Doppelzimmer haben eine Dusche in der Badewanne. Wir bekamen auf Nachfrage ein besseres Zimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche, ohne Aufpreis. Das war sehr nett.

Beide Tage unseres Aufenthaltes hatten wir leider kein Internet. Da es am Wochenende war, konnte laut Rezeptionsdame kein Techniker von außerhalb erreicht werden, Schade. Für ein 4****-Hotel sollte das auch am Wochenende lösbar sein. Der Wellnessbereich ist relativ klein, und es gibt im Innenbereich keine Liegen.

La situación, la instalación en sí y la amplitud y el poder estar a pie de calle. El trato de la recepcionista excelente, muy amable y nos hizo el favor de darnos una habitación algo más grande de lo habitual.

Las camas no eran del todo cómodas y, en una habitación de 3 camas solo había una manta.

Modern hotel run by 3 btothers one of whom designed the hotel - clean, modern,comfortable and a little tired in places - great for an overnight stop. About 200 metre flat walk into village where there are a number of bars for a beer.

The restaurant is down in the basement and there is no bar until the restaurant opens at 7.30pm - the food in the restaurant was not great but the breakfast was ok
