Location

Staff were not helpful and lack of English speaking was very poor. You had to pay to use the pool which is terrible. Do not advertise that you have those facilities if you have to pay to use them and then only for 45 mins

"The stay was ok but not enough for a 4-star hotel and it’s over charged."

Perfect location, free storage for ski equipment.

The dinner buffet is horrible, the food is too salty, over cooked and cold (in winter!), impossible to eat. The room was way too hot, we had to turn off the heat completely.

La ubicación

Casi 400 euros por una habitación doble una noche…Personal lento, sábanas sucias con manchas de sangre que aunque habían lavado allí seguían, no había papel del baño y tuvimos que pedirlo, no hay cafetería hasta cierta hora y no puedes tomarte ni un café, mucho tiempo de espera para el check in…el spa solo abre por la tarde y es de pago, igual que el parking que es de pago y tienes que reservarlo antes sino te quedas sin plaza.
