El hotel en general es precioso y muy limpio. Las habitaciones son amplias y confortables, lo que hace la estancia realmente agradable. La comida no presenta ninguna pega y además ofrecen variedad de opciones adaptadas sin gluten, algo muy de agradecer. El personal ha sido siempre amable y atento.

El spa está muy bien cuidado y los vestuarios son cómodos y limpios. Sin embargo, me pareció un espacio más reducido de lo esperado y con menos servicios de los habituales en un spa, además de una temperatura del agua algo fría.

Don Quixote illusion - nothing about the hotel is actually centered on guest experience. The pool is never open, the food is poor quality, the staff unavailable, the rooms smell and the location is far, far, far away than they lead guest to believe.
