u prizemlje hotela, uz restoran postoji šank ali ne radi. Dakle, gost je osuđen boraviti u bazenu ili svojoj spavaćoj sobi. u kupaonici WC školjka razmontirana. Bijeli ogrtač oštećen.

"Glede na ponudbo, zastarelo opremo, čistočo, ne zasluži imena "Grand, Superior""

Izbira pri zajtrku res velika

Razpadajoča vrata v kopalnici, luknja v ležišču, da se kar zavališ vanjo, TV programov je sicer 130, vendar le 5-6 v slovenskem jeziku, večina pa sinhroniziranih v ruski, nemški ali italijanski jezih. Ni niti enega dokumentarnega programa. Zelo, zelo skromna izbira pri večerji, natakarji deservirajo mize, potem pa porazdelijo odpadke (pomije), serviete in pribor kar 2m stran od solatnega bifeja in te kante z ostanki hrane se potemtam pacajo, dokler niso polne. Zelosčaba lokacija za pomije, niti nihigienično, še manj pa vzbuja apetit pri gostih. Tapison v restavraciji je potreben menjave, saj tako zasvinjanega tapisona ni mogoče očistiti. V pritličju je dokaj velik Capuccino bar, ki pa je zaprt. Za kavo ali pijačo se je gost primoran sprehoditi po podzemnih hodnikih do sosedne stavbe, kjer je Kaiser restavracija.
