La struttura in sera era discreta, molto pulita. Ma di vecchia data.

Più che un hotel sembrava un b&b, e per quello che ho pagato per una sola notte mi sarei aspettata come minimo una colazione inclusa nel prezzo.

For one, the private parking is very convenient, especially as street parking can be a bit tricky in the area. The hotel building is beautiful and authentic, and when I entered I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist. Check-in was very smooth, and upon entering my room I immediately loved it: spacious, cosy and well-equipped. Nice amenities in the bathroom too. The room can be fully darkened and is very quiet - great night sleep. In the morning I had breakfast and coffee downstairs, while having a nice chat with the very friendly night receptionist. Staff really is exceptional with great lunch tips too. Overall a perfect stay - whenever I'm back in Moncalieri, I'll re-book immediately.

The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in preference to booking in Turin itself. The hotel was economical, clean, and very close to a bus stop which took us into the centre of Turin.

The rooms are not well sound-proofed, so I could hear our neighbours' TV and speech. Fortunately they did not stay up late.
