If you plan to arrive after 19:00, you will need to contact The Spiers by telephone, to arrange check-in. The suites are not intended as a venue for social gatherings, parties or other such events. Stag and hen parties are not accepted. If the apartments have been booked for any of these events the reservation is liable to be canceled. For all advance purchase reservations, a nonrefundable charge of 95% of the value of the booking will be deducted from the card upfront. The remaining 5% of the value of the booking is required to be paid by the guest upon arrival with use of the same card through chip and pin device. A copy of a photographic ID for those bookings is mandatory. Please note, guests who book and are under the age of 21 must have written consent from the management at the property prior to their arrival. Bookings will not be guaranteed without this. The Spiers reserves the right to refuse reservations to anyone under the age of 21. If booking more than 3 apartments different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. "Tired room, not great"

Location was great for our stay.

The bed was uncomfortable (2 singles put together). Bathroom was very tired, grout in the floor tiles cracked and some missing, shower dripped constantly. The fridge freezer doors didn't close well (hinge was bent) I did resolve this.. Over all, it didn't live up to the pictures or expectations..

"We’d stay here again and for longer"

We had stopped on the road a little further up the road than the accommodation. Called to see where it was and the gentleman who was manning reception kindly came out and waved at us so we knew where they apartment was. He was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was excellent with plenty of space.

Hot water from kitchen tap soon ran cold water.

"Good apartment, perfect location, would stay again,"

The location was perfect for central Birmingham. Right by the mailbox and easy walk to the utilita stadium. Having an apartment over a couple of hotel rooms meant we could spend more time chatting and catching up which was perfect. The shower pressure was really good, the place was lovely and clean and even had a few milks in the fridge so we could have a tea

The beds and pillows weren’t comfortable enough for me but I’m very fussy but not bad enough that I wouldn’t consider using the apartment again. We had some problems getting access to the car parking space before check in. We were told it wasn’t guaranteed so I understood that but we were told it was available but the key wasn’t in the express check in and we couldn’t get back through in the number provided. I’d recommend thinking of alternative parking as we wasted a lot of time on phoning and having to wait for a call back
