If you plan to arrive after 19:00, you will need to contact The Spiers by telephone, to arrange check-in. The suites are not intended as a venue for social gatherings, parties or other such events. Stag and hen parties are not accepted. If the apartments have been booked for any of these events the reservation is liable to be canceled. For all advance purchase reservations, a nonrefundable charge of 95% of the value of the booking will be deducted from the card upfront. The remaining 5% of the value of the booking is required to be paid by the guest upon arrival with use of the same card through chip and pin device. A copy of a photographic ID for those bookings is mandatory. Please note, guests who book and are under the age of 21 must have written consent from the management at the property prior to their arrival. Bookings will not be guaranteed without this. The Spiers reserves the right to refuse reservations to anyone under the age of 21. If booking more than 3 apartments different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. very helpful and friendly staff very clean and well equipped spacious living area plenty of storage. easy to find and access.

unfortunately the temperature control on the shower didnt work and was stuck on boiling hot so unusable. the housekeeper did try and help and offered to get me a bucket for my second night but its not quite the same! the mattress was a little soggy. although the bed linen was nice quality. A lot of building work outside at the moment.

The location was great.

I did not get what I ordered and they blamed me and booking.com for it. When I told them this they lied and said they will give me a part refund and later said they won't do anything about ti and I should take it up with booking.com. Extremely disappointed and won't be using them again. If it's not deluxe you don't get two rooms with double beds, nor do you get a 'private bathroom and an additional bathroom'. You get 1 double, and twin beds and 1 bathroom. When you let them know about this, they will say it's am minor issue, it's too expensive to fix and that they will give you a refund and then won't. Check all this before you book because apparently they do not have control over what booking.com states about their properties and it will be your fault not theirs! Also the open chocolate wrapper in the room left by the previous guest was a great touch.
