L'accueil a été chaleureux, avec un personnel très aimable et disponible, qui a prodigué de bons conseils pour le séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux. Mon lit était confortable. Situé au cœur d'un quartier calme, l'hôtel se trouvait à environ 10 minutes du centre-ville de Biarritz. Une navette gratuite passait juste devant l'hôtel, idéale pour rejoindre le centre facilement.
